At jjHaus.us, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
